Yoga and Mindfulness

Children will explore yoga & mindfulness and develop the skills of strength, balance and concentration. Through nature, movement, music, and art, gratitude and meditation will be practiced to help children learn to access inner calm and peace. Campers will receive their own yoga mat and a book of yoga poses for further practice. They should wear comfortable clothes.
